Payment

All prices on pikantogroup.com are in Euros. The purchase is also made in Euros. The sales prices, referred to in the previous point, include VAT and any other taxes and are valid until the date indicated in the catalogue.

– Advance payment / Bank transfer

After purchase you will receive a confirmation email with your bank details, the transfer must be made within 24 hours. If pickantogroup.com does not receive the transfer confirmation within 24 hours or the payment to the bank account within a period of 10 days, the order will be cancelled. After receiving the amount in our account, the goods will be shipped. The Supplier cannot be held responsible towards the Consumer Purchaser, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence, for disservices or malfunctions connected to the use of the Internet outside of its control or that of its subcontractors.

– Pick up at the store / Pay in cash

It is also possible to collect the goods directly from our stores. You can choose the shop you prefer, pay for the goods directly there and even exchange them if the size doesn't fit.
