For any reason the Customer can return his order, in whole or in part, to request a refund or exchange.

The items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order, the return costs are borne by the customer. Products must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition in which they were originally shipped: not worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the shoes must be in the same condition as sent, without any signs of wear. How to return the product

Exchange

We accept both changes in size or color of the same model, if available.

Final Sale items are not subject to Pikantogroup.com's standard return policy and it may not be possible to return them.

The return shipping of the item subject to exchange is paid by the customer while the shipping of the new item is free up to one exchange per item.

Defective goods

Pursuant to the articles. 114 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Supplier is responsible for the damage caused by defects in the goods sold if he fails to communicate to the Damaged Party, within 3 months of the request, the identity and domicile of the producer or the person who supplied him with the goods .

The aforementioned request, by the Damaged Party, must be made in writing by registered mail with return receipt and must indicate the product that caused the damage, the place and date of purchase; it must also contain the offer for viewing the product, if it still exists.

The Damaged Party may request compensation for damages caused by death or personal injury or by the destruction or deterioration of something other than the defective product, provided that it is of a type normally intended for private use or consumption and thus mainly used by the Damaged Party.

Products received which are already damaged or which show lack of conformity are considered defective. If the defective return is accepted, pikantogroup.com will refund the purchase price of the item and the shipping costs.

The refund will be made exclusively with the same payment method used for the purchase and in any case within 10 working days from the date of acceptance of the return, furthermore the refund will only concern the purchase price of the items, and will not include shipping costs and customs duties , which will remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to revoke the order for any reason, as regulated in Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This right may be exercised exclusively by "consumer" customers (natural persons who purchase the goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity).
